The Board of Trustees plays a vital role in advancing the mission of the KU Wichita Medical Practice Association (KU-MPA) by providing strategic oversight, thoughtful governance, and steadfast support of its clinical, academic, and operational goals. Through collaboration with executive leadership and faculty physicians, the Board helps ensure that KU-MPA remains aligned with its purpose of delivering high-quality patient care while supporting education, research, and community service.
By guiding long-term strategy and maintaining strong fiduciary stewardship, the Board of Trustees helps sustain the organization’s financial health and operational effectiveness.
